Customers must be a registered business or non-profit organization (libraries, schools, etc.). U.S. businesses and organizations are required to provide a Federal Tax ID number to establish exemption from sales tax. |
New customers are required to fill out and sign an account application. Provide three (3) credit/trade references and banking information. The first order is prepaid until your references have been reviewed and credit has been established. All orders under $500.00 are to be prepaid as well. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
